As a Business Development Representative at Faction Bike Studio, you will be joining a rapidly growing team and be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with our existing and prospective customers. You will be working alongside the Business Development Director to help introduce our cycling-specific innovative products and services, as well as understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain business relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop potential new customers in the cycling industry.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailor-made solutions in conjunction with our design and engineering team.
  • Monitor market trends and developments in the cycling industry.
  • Attend trade shows and events to showcase our company and services.
  • Meet potential international customers.

What we are looking for :

  • Proven experience in selling professional services to businesses on an international scale.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results driven and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Team spirit and the able to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Experience in the cycling industry, engineering, or a design department is considered an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of cycling industry products and trends is considered an asset.
